Graham Edwards is the CEO of a company called “Telereal.” Telereal was founded in 1997. In 2001, Edward’s joined as their CEO. Telereal Trillium is a top property firm in the United Kingdom. They own and manage properties amounting to a total of £6 billion. Edwards initiated a deal which subsequently allowed for 6,700 properties to be transferred to Telereal’s management.
Prior to his current position, Edwards served as CIO for Talisman Asset Management. Talisman Asset Management is a renowned fund management company. He also contributed greatly to Merrill Lynch Investments. He attended Cambridge University and studied economics. He is an active member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is also a part of the Association of Treasurers, as well as the UK Society of Investors.
Edwards has a variety of other passions beside property finance. He enjoys mining and engineering as well. He enjoys learning about conservation of the world’s resources. Edwards is currently working towards a “Masters of Art” in International Relations at King’s College in London.
Graham has participated in philanthropy. He serves on the committee board for Portland Trust, British Friends, One Voice Europe and World Pennies.

During the beginning, Telereal aimed to acquire 1,500,000 square meters of property space. They met their goal in 1998.
During 2010, Telereal auctioned a majority of their assets, with a total sum amounting to £475 million. Later that year, The United Kingdom government announced Telereal as the top private property company in the United Kingdom. Their total property expenses amounted to £284 million. This event became Telereal’s biggest expenditure from the “Department for Work and Pensions.”
